• Every art piece is crafted with great care and attention to detail, making each one unique in its own way. Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the art adding to the charm and individuality of the artwork.

• Each textured artwork is handcrafted with care, making every piece truly one of a kind. Due to the nature of textured mediums, slight variations in depth, patterns, and finishes may occur, adding to the uniqueness of each creation.

• Texture details may vary depending on the angle of light and viewing perspective, enhancing the depth and dimension of the artwork.

It takes 3-5 business days to process all orders including multiple quality checks. After which they are immediately dispatched* from our store & you will receive a mail regarding the shipping info to your registered Email.

While we take great care in packaging, unforeseen shipping delays may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

*Transit times vary according to the location and Pin-code serviceability but please allow for up-to 7-10 days at max after processing. While we will try to ship out your art immediately, once it leaves the warehouse the transit times are unfortunately out of our control as we do not have a native logistics service and rely on third party partners.

A lot of care & effort goes into preparing an art and each art has it's individuality. Due to the nature of art we offer returns / refunds only on special cases.

Return / Refund:

If by chance you happen to receive a damaged product please contact us within 48 hours and we will initiate a refund/exchange*.

*Please provide the following information while submitting your claim:

- Proof of damage (unbox video is required after receiving the parcel)

- Order Number 

*All returns will only be accepted in unused condition in original packaging.

Cancellation:

However if you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, we will go ahead and start processing your order.
