Returns & Refunds policy

A lot of care & effort goes into preparing an art and each art has it's individuality. Due to the nature of art we offer returns / refunds only on special cases.

Return / Refund:

If by chance you happen to receive a damaged product please contact us within 48 hours and we will initiate a refund/exchange*.

*Please provide the following information while submitting your claim:

- Proof of damage

- Order Number

*All returns will only be accepted in unused condition in original packaging.

Cancellation:

However if you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, we will go ahead and start processing your order.

Conditions for returns:

The following are the only cases we accept returns/refunds:

1. Item was damaged on arrival to the buyer's location.

2. Item has a prior defect

3. Wrong item was shipped to the buyer.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at personalspace1111@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund amount should take about 7-10 business days to credit back to your account. (Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.)
